AI in Healthcare Workshop Series

PHTI convened a three-part workshop series in Washington, D.C., examining what it will take for AI to deliver: safe clinical applications in patient care, streamlined prior authorization and billing, and payment models that reward outcomes rather than activity.

To realize potential benefits of high-value AI in healthcare, stakeholders must address critical questions about evidence standards, performance monitoring, regulatory frameworks, payment, and market incentives.

This workshop series represents part of PHTI’s broader commitment to shaping the evidence and policy landscape for emerging health technologies. By convening diverse stakeholders for substantive dialogue, PHTI is identifying actionable pathways to leverage innovation to improve health, expand access to care, and lower costs.
